RETURN POLICY
Returns could be accepted within 14 days after receipt of the item. If it is artificial damage, can not return a refund or change the new one free.

Out of box failure: The device proves to be defective but it has never worked after reaching to distributors/ customers within warranty, then Favororder will pay for the freight in both directions.
Within warranty period: The distributors/customer is responsible for the freight of the device which is shipped toFavororder for repair. Favororder is responsible for the freight from Favororder to the distributor/customer.
After warranty period: The customer undertakes any freight for returned device.
